By using Ereading.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable Use
- Use the service for educational purposes only
- Do not attempt to bypass security or access other users' data
- Do not upload malicious code or misuse APIs
- Do not scrape or copy content at scale
Account and Classroom Responsibilities
- Teachers are responsible for how they share class codes and links
- Schools and educators must obtain any required student permissions
- Keep credentials and admin access secure
Service Limitations
- The service is provided as-is and may change over time
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- Features may be added, modified, or removed
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ereading.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months prior to a claim.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or abuse
- You may stop using the service at any time
- Data is retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy
